well already we're 3 and a half months into our little gem's life! Isabella Phoenix Rose was born 23rd March and life has been very full and joyous if a little vague. :]
She is powering along very happy most of the time and we feel very blessed and healed by her presence.
These next few months are looking to be pretty crazy as we head into the slam season - benna and i are co-facilitating the western qld heats of the national slam comp in Barcaldine and Stanthorpe- and Isabella is coming along for the ride. she'll be rhyming before she knows it. :]
We are also performing and doing workshops at the Wallaby Creek festival up north in september - and i am doing the musical direction and costume overseeing [with ruby drewery]for the Queensland Shakespeare Ensemble mainstage of Richard III in October! So there's no sittin on our laurels thats for sure. looking forward to being involved in a QSE show in a different way and taking on the new challenge of those roles. love to all. :] a
