hey there peoples -
for those of you not on the east coast 'vegas' means Brisbane. - bris-vegas - vegas -

now we've got that straight - thats where i am currently - using the computers in the community women's centre i used to work in and generally getting in their way with cups of tea and conversation. its nice. after hiding in the forest for so long - it great to come out and be in a place that one i feel curiously familiar in and 2 can do the thing i need to do. tonight is the garla event for the season of 'metamorphoses' that queensland shakespeare ensemble are putting on at the powerhouse in brisbane. its an awesome show - and i took photos for them the other night which was lots of fun. next week i start assistant directing on the shakespeare's shorts season which will be great.
a woman i used to work with is putting me up in her home which is very generous, and so i am free to look for work a little less desperately.
so there you have it. i promise[hmmm] more regular updats.
